Bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp after form submission. Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. No advance payment is required for standard bookings.
Cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee. We understand emergencies — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to one re-clean per booking.
Please ensure access to water and electricity, store fragile/valuable items safely, and inform us of any hazardous areas. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing broken or fragile items.
We carry professional liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service with photographic evidence. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
